This initial meeting will allow for an overview of your medical history, symptoms and goals. Based on this information, we will order your lab work to be completed prior to meeting with your clinician and will help us map out a course of action to help get your stated on a health and wellness journey.
Meet with our Holistic Practitioner to determine any medical needs
If you are looking for help with weight loss, stress & anxiety, fatigue or any other general area of wellness in which medication, peptides or supplements would be helpful, our holistic practitioners will be able to offer solutions.
Check-in with your Coach to discuss Recommendations and Next Steps
Once a medical solution is in place, you will meet again with your health coach to outline a plan of action. This may include sessions with our in-house therapists, trainers or nutritionists in an effort to balance your lifestyle and ensure your medical barriers are addressed from a functional and whole approach.

What is a Health & Wellness Coach?
Have you ever wondered why you WANT to change but aren’t able to? Or why you WISH you could feel better but don’t know how or where to start?
This is where a coach comes in. Someone to guide you, support you and lift you up. Remind me how amazing you are and teach you the ways to ACTUALLY change and see improvements in your mind, body and spirit. Our nutrition counselors provide personalized guidance to help you make sustainable changes. We believe in nourishing the body, focusing on building healthy eating patterns while addressing emotions that may be barriers to change.
Movement & Mobility Sessions
Our trainers have diverse backgrounds in exercise and fitness and will work with you to develop a customized plan based on what your (mind) and body needs. The gym isn’t meant for everyone!
