Your initial investment which includes a health coaching session and a medical appointment with our nurse practitioner costs $250.

Any additional services range from $90-$250 per session based on the practitioner you choose to work with and the results you are seeking.

If you decide to commit to our health coaching program it is $550/month.

There is no obligation to join our 3 month program. We would still conduct our initial health coaching session followed by your medical practitioner appointment. The only additional cost would be for the medication itself and any optional lab work.

We want to get to know you, your symptoms, and contributing factors.

Your first visit will be with with your health coach, who will spend time getting to know you - listening, gathering all pertinent data, your health history, and symptoms. Together, you will review your medical history, prescription, and symptoms, along with your goals

Before that appointment is over, we will order all the labs needed to get you started on your personalized program,  AND book your first telemedicine visit with one of our clinicians.

The second intake appointment will be with your dedicated clinician, typically 2 weeks after you have your labs drawn. Your coach and clinician will share your history.

This unique process reduces the time it takes to start feeling better! Your practitioner will have all she needs to create your individualized treatment.

Shortly after your appointment, your treatment plan and instructions, with all of the information that was discussed during your appointment, including prescriptions and future lab orders will be accessible inside your patient portal.

We are a cash-based practice and unfortunately cannot accept insurance at this time. We spend significantly more time with each patient to understand the state of their health - gathering information, analyzing symptoms, providing education, and giving you the time and attention you  deserve and need to get the results your body needs.It is impossible to follow the restrictive, reductive model of practice insurance companies mandate, which generally allots only 15 minutes per patient.
